ArtCN Gallery is honored to present "Behold the Mountain" a solo exhibition that brings together a selection of oil painting, ink painting and installations by Wang Yizhou. This exhibition is the first in the gallery for this artist.  Wang Yizhou takes the mountain as a fundamental entity and uses simple lines and colors to distill it into a broad symbolic language, giving it a surge of energy in the midst of calm. Here the mountain is a spirit, a lure, a self-contained magnificent power, as well as a field of energy that envelops everyone who beholds it.
